Notes
Officially known as the Grizzly Emergency Reponse, this firefighting variant is usually referred to as the Grizzly "All Call," "Five Alarm" or "BFD," in reference to its employment in the largest of disasters. The Grizzly "All Call" is often used in support of Firefighter Jaguars (see Northern Vehicles Compendium 1, p. 102), although some departments limit its use to battalion or incident commanders.

Sales of both firefighting Gear models have increased dramatically after the destruction of Peace River, prompting Northco to produce a less expensive version of the Firefighting Jaguar (see below). Northco also donated several examples of both models to the Fire Department of Peace River (FDPR) in the Spring of TN 1940 in a goodwill gesture.

Detail Images
The image on the left shows the large fire suppressing foam tanks on the Grizzly "All-Call" (hence the Hazardous Ammo/Fuel Flaw). The detail image of the foot is a memory mark for the Fire Department of New York (FDNY); I built this figure not long after the 9/11 attacks.

Addendum
Firefighter-E Jaguar (Economy Model)
Much of the high cost of the standard Firefighter Jaguar comes from its use of the same fire control system as the military version. A survey of firefighters and Gear pilots, and data from the Gears that responded to the Northco Tiger production line fire in TN 1931, determined that such an accurate system was not necessary for this type of work. Northco has thus replaced it with a proven if less accurate IHADS, and now offers the Firefighter Jaguar in standard and -E (Economy) models.

Modifications: From standard Firefighter Jaguar, change Ground Movement Mode to 5/10 (60 kph), and change Fire Control to 0.
